Social networking has gotten so big so fast that finding our way through it has been an uneven process for many of us. Michelle Lentz, our presenter for this program, is clear that social networking offers no silver bullets for our profession. But understanding the basics helps us feel current.

About Our Presenter
Michelle is a web 2.0 / social media consultant, with an emphasis on training/elearning and technical writing. She currently offers several courses, including The Art of Blogging, Introduction to Web 2.0, and Introduction to Microblogging. She designs and delivers corporate training on a number of subjects and creates all types of technical documentation.
Her specialties include Web 2.0 (microblogs, blogs, wikis, social media, etc), LinkedIn and social networks, informal learning, collaborative learning, online/computer-based help, and just-in-time learning & help delivery.
